We offer two payment options for the Initiator Website Design Packages …
The first option is to pay 100% upfront, provide your complete information and content upfront and be guaranteed a finished product within 10 business days. This is a great option because you can totally change your business in as little as a week!
The second payment option is designed to give you more flexibility in your payments. You pay a 50% deposit upfront and the remainder of your balance 15 business days later. We complete your website within the 15 business days but will not take your website live until the final payment is received. This is a great option because you can get the website you want and need for your business while having a bit more flexibility in payments.
Please note that fees for each Initiator Website Design Package are subject to change. Prices for each Initiator Design Package are designated on each individual package page.
We do not offer refunds of any kind. You can email us and ask any questions you need to upfront about what you should expect, any concerns you have, etc. We are committed to the process of creating the best possible website for you.
Right to Refuse Projects
We reserve the right to refuse projects that are offensive, questionable or don’t feel right in our gut. It is our goal to only build websites for individuals and companies who do good for the world around them.
We begin and complete all Quick Start Websites in the order in which payment is received. You will be notified of our expected start and completion date.
We do not purchase or provide a domain name for you. We recommend Go Daddy for purchasing your domain. We are not affiliated in any way with Go Daddy nor do we take responsibility for any of their services. We highly recommend Go Daddy based on ease of use, pricing, reliability and up-time. They also offer 24/7 support which will make your life easy!
You must provide your domain name and account login at the time of purchase of your Quick Start Website Package.

We do not purchase or provide hosting for you. We require Go Daddy as your hosting provider because not all hosting companies are compatible with WordPress. You must provide your hosting name and account login at the time of purchase of your Initiator Website Design Package.

Any content necessary to complete the design of your website will be installed for you so long as it is provided upfront.
Please note we will not edit or make changes to your content. We will not delay the completion of the project due to content edits, failure to receive needed content, etc. We recommend that you provide ALL content upfront. You can, however, edit your content as needed once your website is live. Training videos are provided to make content editing as easy as possible for you.
If you would like us to edit your content or create additional graphics for your pages, we are happy to do so at $125 per hour. We will always let you know upfront when you are making a request that is above and beyond the services provided in the Quick Start Package you chose. 100% payment will be due upfront for additional services.
Once you have submitted your Quick Start Package form and payment, you cannot change to a new package.
Please remember we are only able to offer such a high quality product at such a low price because we have a specific, time-saving process in place. It is your responsibility to provide clear information and access to all necessary files and accounts.

We communicate exclusively through email. We check our email between the hours of 9am and 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted. (Yes, sometimes we get out from behind the computer and go on vacation.) We do our best to reply as quickly as possible and provide the best service possible.

Once your website is live, it is 100% yours. You own it from top to bottom and are responsible for any and all maintenance, edits, upgrades to themes and widgets, etc.
Please know it is our goal to help you take control of your online presence and work to provide tips and tricks for you through our blog. By providing this information on our blog, we do not accept responsibility for any errors made in implementing our suggestions.
We do offer maintenance packages on the Quick Start Packages that we welcome you to purchase. If you do not purchase a maintenance plan, we highly recommend you backup your website on a regular basis on your own. Please note that we DO NOT store any backups of your website unless you pay for a maintenance plan.

Every browser displays websites in a different way. We do our very best to provide a mobile responsive website that work on all browsers, but we are not responsible for any variations in display. We do guarantee that your website will function exactly like the website demo of the Quick Start Package you choose.
Website Question Answering (Support)
Each Quick Start Design comes with one hour of email support after your website is live.
We do provide you with very helpful training videos within the dashboard of your website. We ask that you watch those videos before you contact us with questions because we don’t want you to waste your hour of email support.
